Fertilizer Markets Monitor — N/P/K Prices, Margins & Volatility

An interactive report on global fertilizer prices (nitrogen, phosphate and potash) and the feedstocks that drive their margins, built on 60+ years of World Bank commodity data. Across seven pages, it traces how each nutrient's price forms, the 2021–2023 energy-crisis dislocation, the volatility hierarchy across commodities, and the structural caveats behind each benchmark. Built end to end: data pipeline, data model, DAX layer and the written analysis. The part worth pointing to is the DAX layer: time-intelligence and volatility measures written to be reused across the model, then audited measure by measure with AI acting as reviewer rather than author. The pipeline itself started in Python and was polished in Power Query.
